What we are looking for:
We’re looking for an extraordinary person to join our team on a part-time basis moving quickly if so desired into a more full time workload.
Who you are:
- You-re someone who gets JAZZED about data entry!
- You’re PUMPED when you reconcile a bank or credit card statement!
- You’re a well organized self-motivated and professional with excellent attention to detail
- You are experienced in Sage 50 and QBO
- You have excellent communication skills and follow-through skills
- You have 3 to 5 years bookkeeping experience
What you’ll do: (Including but not limited to)
As a member of our team,
- you will perform regular bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconcile statements, A/R, A/P, Payroll and all those other normal duties. You know what they are. This isn’t your first rodeo.
- You will work directly with the founder and office manager of Brilliant so your work will be brought to you and together discuss the strategy for each business client.
What you need:
- Strong understanding of Sage 50 and QBO
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and diarize them
