We are in need of a Clerical Assistant to perform a variety of administrative task around our office. In this position you will answer phones, maintain our calendars and file systems, and handling any invoicing duties. You will also be responsible for scanning important document and performing data entry. Our ideal applicant has experience as a receptionist, strong phone skills, and familiarity with both office and vendor management software such as Microsoft Outlook and Cyber GRX. Office administration experience that goes beyond reception is also beneficial.

Responsibilities of a Clerical Assistant:

Assist with filing and administrative tasks.
Compile information, prepare records and reports as directed
Performs general office duties such as answering phones, filing, faxing,photocopying and scanning
Data based entry as directed
Participate and assist in organizational functions and event.
Other duties as directed .

Requirement and Skills of a Clerical Assistant:

Must be able to maintain strict adherence to all policies and procedures.
Attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize work when tasked with multiple duties at once .
Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills .
Must be able to be on time and be prepared to work and adhere to department dress code .
Ability to work with people from diverse background.
Know, apply, and enforce rules of each sport offers .
Demonstrate the ability to help others adapt to new situations.
Must be able to accept instructions/constructive criticism from supervisor
Must be able to recover from and continue to work successfully through disappointments, setbacks or mistakes

Education/Qualification of a Clerical Assistant:
Clerical assistant possess a high school diploma or the equivalent. Candidate should also possess some post secondary school education or an associate's degree. Resume should highlight computer competency and familiarity with basic office equipment. New hires should expect a period of on-the-job-training to become familiar with the company's procedures
