STRIVE are currently partnered with a leading Real Estate firm as they search for a CORPORATE FINANCIAL ANALYST to join their high performing financial planning & analysis team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organization helping drive business performance by providing deep-dive financial analysis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, the CORPORATE FINANCIAL ANALYST will be responsible for creating complex financial models and using them to perform scenario analysis. You will also work cross-functionally, assisting with the development of annual operating plans along with monthly forecasts.


•Assist with the annual business plan preparation and quarterly re-forecasts

•Perform variance analysis and provide detailed analysis of performance vs. current strategy

•Maintain files and update for various KPI metrics, ensure calculations are accurate and data inputs are cleansed/verified

•Produce management reporting and analysis, driving key insights and recommendations

•Maintain complex datasets to ensure consistency across all analysis and reporting

•Prepare ad-hoc analysis tied to key business needs


•2+ years of experience in an FP&A position

•A Bachelors Degree in Finance & Accounting

•CFA/CPA designated or close to completion

•Strong analytical & financial modelling experience & Advanced Excel skills

•Ideally some exposure to analytical and BI tools
