Job Description:
The National Real Estate Group (NREG) is a specialized national business within Canadian Business Banking that provides financing and credit support for real estate acquisition, development, and construction projects. NREG operates through designated real estate centres and highly specialized lenders, applying dedicated risk, valuation, and credit frameworks to support complex commercial real estate transactions.
We are hiring for two closely related roles within our Business Banking team: Customer Service Officer (CSO) and Cash Management Officer (CMO).
Both positions play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting Relationship and Account Managers, and helping grow profitable client relationships. While they share a common foundation, each role brings a distinct area of specialization.

- Deliver exceptional, end-to-end client service and act as trusted points of contact for customers
- Support Relationship Managers and Account Managers in day-to-day portfolio management
- Contribute to business growth through referrals, cross-selling, and deepening client relationships
- Partner closely with internal teams across TD to deliver seamless solutions
- Ensure all products, services, and activities are delivered in a compliant, risk-aware manner

How the Roles Differ
Customer Service Officer (CSO)
- Focuses on credit and account administration for assigned
- Acts as first point of contact for administrative, documentation, and credit-related requests
- Supports credit applications, documentation, funding requests, and ongoing credit administration
- Works closely with Relationship Managers and Analysts on credit and portfolio servicing
- Emphasis on managing complex administrative processes tied to lending
Cash Management Officer (CMO)
- Focuses on deposit and cash management solutions
- Acts as first point of contact for cash management and deposit-related inquiries
- Leads implementation and training for new cash management products and services
- Partners closely with the Cash Management team on pricing, onboarding, and optimization of cash solutions
- Emphasis on advising clients on cash flow efficiency and treasury solutions
What You'll Bring

Experience & Education
- CSO: Undergraduate degree and 1+ year of banking or financial services experience
- CMO: High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred, plus 1+ year of banking or financial services experience
