On behalf of our client, AGI – Westfield, we are searching for a driven and skilled Customer Service Representative to join their manufacturing team located in Rosenort, Manitoba.   Over the last 60 years, Westfield has developed and refined the finest grain augers available. With a commitment to farm proven designs and innovation, Westfield has earned a solid reputation for superior quality products. As a result, Westfield has grown to be the number one portable grain auger manufacturer in North America. 

Reporting directly to our Customer Service Supervisor, our Customer Service department is seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking for a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding job. The emphasis of this position is to meet the needs of our customers in a courteous and professional manner, effectively handle customer sales requests, respond to customer product orders, learn and provide support in our parts department, and assisting the AGI team by delivering and picking up augers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively handle customer interactions. Properly greets customer, evaluates inquirers, provides appropriate assistance, and accurately processes parts orders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identifies and resolves customer complaints/problems. Follows up with customer to assure appropriate action was taken and the issue is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Seizes selling opportunities through knowledge of product line, understanding customer needs, and presenting recommendations of alternatives to customer.
  • Forklift operation, both propane fork as well as the yard fork.
  • Auger deliveries or parts errands may be required occasionally.
  • Works cooperatively with peers and makes himself/herself available to help out other departments as needed
  • Creates and administers custom work orders
  • Administers online orders
  • Support Parts department
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Listening Skills, Phone Skills, Conflict Resolution, Information Analysis, Multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Computer Skills (Keyboarding, MS Office)
