TELUS Business Solutions and Customer Relationship & Solutions Management teams provide end-to-end sales, marketing and post-sales business customer support across Canada.

We help connect our customers with industry-leading technology solutions to create opportunities and solve business challenges across both public and private sectors and across various segments.

In the Business Solutions Customer Relationship Solutions Management team, we provide customer solutions architecture, deal pursuit, solutions delivery, customer care, and operations support for TELUS business customers across all segments.

What you'll do in this role:

As a Customer Solutions Architect, you will utilize your mixture of business, consulting ability, technical and sales skills in this technical sales/architect role. You will develop and maintain trusted customer relationships at all levels. As a strategic thinker and technology influencer, you will create roadmaps and technical plans to advance the strategic goals of your clients, driving value with the recommendation of TELUS products and services.

Do you enjoy leading the architecture development of innovative solutions? You will be doing this across TELUS capabilities, including:
    •Network Solutions
    •Security solutions
    •Unified Communications and Contact Centre
    •Private/Public and hybrid clouds
    •Internet of Things and Mobile solutions
    •Cloud based solutions
    •Emerging technologies such as "3rd Platform" solutions


What you bring to the role:

    •You're passionate about Customers-First and excellence in customer relationship development
    •You're familiar with Enterprise and Systems Architecture fundamentals •You have experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies
    •You excel in leading and facilitating workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers
    •Your technical understanding across multiple solution portfolios such as: Telecommunications, Mobility, Unified Communications, Security, Cloud and IT Hosting Solutions make it easy for you to translate benefits from both technical and financial perspectives
    •Your excellent interpersonal and relationship skills help you to be a trusted advisor to executive-level clients
    •You have demonstrated competency in developing competitive solutions through creativity and innovation
    •You have a post-secondary degree or technical diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Nice to haves:
    •Sales training/account planning is a definite asset
    •Industry-recognized certifications (e.g. TOGAF etc.) will be definite assets
