Job Description:

Join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, To provide top-notch service to our customers over the phone, in person, and using written communications. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
  • Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services
  • Make product and service suggestions to meet the customer's specific needs
  • Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers


High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years’ of experience in a customer service-related role
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.


  • Communication skills, specifically over the phone
  • Persuasiveness and the ability to convince strangers to take the desired action
  • Persistence and being able to answer questions and address concerns
  • General customer service skills including active listening and empathizing with customer needs.
