We're looking for a talented and dedicated Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Developer to join our collaborative development team. Check out the list of qualifications below and if this sounds like you, get in touch – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate, recommend and implement advanced marketing, sales and customer service solutions to support our digital financial platform.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers and other developers, customize Dynamics 365 CRM to support new product features and ideas.
  • Translate product and business requirements into well-designed solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Support our business teams in the execution of marketing, sales and customer service business processes.
  • Perform effectively to tight deadlines, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team with varying skills and knowledge.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and capabilities of Dynamics 365 applications.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience (version 2016 or newer).
  • Good understanding of business requirements and knowing how to map them to Dynamics 365 CRM functionality, including configuration and custom workflows.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in agile software development/implementation projects.
