Overview
We're looking for a temporary Film Distributor to maintain, distribute, and file medical imaging (radiological) examinations; and to call in, receive, and return radiological examinations from and to all healthcare establishments. If you're a self-starter and enjoy a day providing assistance to internal and external clients, we want to hear from you. This is a temporary position for 6 months.

This position requires full-time onsite attendance at our Richmond office.

Where you'll work
This position requires full-time onsite attendance at our Richmond office.
What you'll do
- Organize, send out, receive, and record medical imaging (radiological) examinations for distribution within our organization, and to outside professionals and healthcare establishments
- Request medical imaging (radiological) examinations from outside sources; to receive, record, register and redistribute as directed by diagnostic imaging records memo
- Register, catalog, and file workers' medical imaging files for onsite storage and prepare to send to offsite storage
Is this a good fit for you?
We're looking for someone who can:
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Organize, prioritize, and take initiative
- Stand for long periods of time and lift x-ray film bags up to 10 lbs.
Your background and experience
- A minimum of grade 12 education
- Type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Excellent English language skills, with accurate grammar and spelling and reading comprehension
