About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Analyst IV to join our dynamic IT Operations team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Service Now, SCCM, Power BI, Microsoft automation tools, and IT service management. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing IT workflows, leveraging advanced analytics, and providing exceptional customer service across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support and operational oversight for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Design and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve IT operational efficiency.
  • Administer and support ServiceNow, ensuring proper incident, change, and asset management processes.
  • Manage and maintain systems using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Oversee IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, ensuring compliance and accurate asset tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve existing IT workflows and reporting.
  • Build, manage, and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Support O365 applications, especially SharePoint, to ensure high availability and user satisfaction.
  • Deliver high-level customer support, resolve complex IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Effectively handle incident management for outages; effectively communicate to clients during service outages and ensure that they are resolved efficiently with minimal impact to stakeholders
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution; communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to ensure project objectives are met
  • Deliver effective and defect-free support (hardware operations), researching system issues / opportunities, overseeing the execution of recommendations and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Interact with clients to provide quality service/solutions consistent with objectives and client requirements
  • Consult with other functional areas to provide technical expertise on area of specialization by acting as a reference on technology, trends and processes related to own area
  • Participate in projects aimed at evolving the base infrastructure, deploying new technologies, or optimizing the operational environment
  • May deploy base infrastructure components such as servers, operating systems and middleware for all environments
  • May be involved in the deployment of applications, either "off the shelf" or in-house developed, and in the procurement of supported assets
  • May maintain base infrastructure components current and defect free and liaise with 3rd party vendor to receive parts for fixes
  • Provide technical support, including on-call support, for a suite of designated hardware, software or applications to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Schedule changes to supported components in accordance with the approved change management procedures; implement changes with proper testing, stakeholder signoff, monitoring and with minimal impact to the business
  • Respond to requests for information and assist project teams in evaluating alternate approaches

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, with strong exposure to:
    • Microsoft Fabric
    • Power BI
    • Microsoft Copilot
    • Power Automate
    • ServiceNow
    • SCCM
    • ITAM
    • O365 and SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in complex IT environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Required):
  • Microsoft Certified (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Power Platform, or related)
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale IT environments.
  • Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, JSON in Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance within Microsoft environments.

Excellent in Power BI/ Microsoft Office
