The KPMGI P&C BP is a primary liaison on all People matters impacting relevant global colleagues, across multiple global locations and global groups. This role works closely with the global leaders of a designated global group (including the Global Leader and respective leadership team, Chief of Staff (CoS), Senior People Leader (SPL), where applicable), in-country P&C Advisors supporting Global and other P&C BPs within the KPMGI P&C team, delivering Strategic Business Partnering support and enabling key HR calendar activities. This role has a challenging remit of managing various global stakeholders and appropriately responding to their needs.

What you will do
- Collaborate with the Global Leaders in aligned Global group on various people activities in support of the people strategy, including talent management, workforce shaping and planning, leadership capability, performance development, change management and IDE, compensation/reward planning and learning and development.
- Foster a high-performing culture by identifying and addressing performance differentiation, including partnering with the business on performance management cycle, facilitating performance calibration and addressing underperformance.
- Collaborate with the business to support the annual salary and bonus cycles, offering input and oversight on benchmarking, total rewards, and IDE principles.
- Oversee recruitment activity and collaborate with Talent Attraction team to ensure diverse talent acquisition within aligned global group, including reviewing job descriptions, role levelling, package structure and working with Global Mobility, as required.
- Offer guidance to the Global leaders on informal employee relations matters and proactively address and resolve employee concerns and questions, collaborating with the Head of KPMGI P&C, P&C Advisors and IOGC as necessary.
- Manage the roll out of the Global Pulse Survey (GPS) to the Global group and work closely with Engagement Leads on deliverables, including addressing and following-up on identified areas for improvement to enhance our employee engagement and strengthen the employee lifecycle experience at KPMGI.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an HR business partner in a professional services organization, preferably with global experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/HR or related field from an accredited college/university
- Deep and broad generalist HR knowledge with ability to operate and interact in a complex matrixed organization and deal with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, understanding of the business, and strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs and work autonomously to deliver people initiatives and plans.
- Strong client relationships and influencing skills to establish credibility and ability to interact strategically with senior levels of leadership.
- Data orientation with proven ability to use data to influence client initiatives and actions.
