The Lead, Measurement & Metrics, Primary Care a collaborative role responsible for leading the coordination of measurement and performance across primary care services. This includes optimization of organizational data requirements for clinical, planning, and reporting purposes within primary care. The incumbent provides collaborative leadership to the development and use of data quality reports and dashboards, relevant policies, and standard operating procedures across all relevant primary care program areas.
Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Master's degree in business or a health-related discipline plus five (5) to seven (7) years of recent related experience;
• Training and experience in using quality improvement methodologies (e.g. Model for Improvement, Lean)
• Demonstrated experience in effectively influencing leaders and implementing organizational change;
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Knowledge of health care policy, procedures.
• Proficiency in the use of office software applications as effective tools to achieve results.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
