Overview

Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently seeking professional and experienced Tactical Security Guards to join our team. Tactical Guards are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and providing a visible security presence.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce site rules and regulations
• Access control and monitor CCTV systems
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a security presence
• Liaise with emergency services when required
Requirements:
• Valid Security Guard License
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Use of Force Certification (required)
• Baton & Handcuff Certification (required)
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous tactical/security experience considered an asset
• Clean criminal record
Assets:
• Military or Law Enforcement background
• Experience in high-risk environments
• Valid driver's license
