What will your typical day look like?

This role is a senior, hands-on delivery role within Deloitte's Learning Technology technical delivery team, focused on actively driving requirements, integration definition, and solution delivery for the Cornerstone Galaxy learning platform and its supporting ecosystem.
The role blends senior business systems analysis, product delivery leadership, and technical solution oversight, covering the full lifecycle from understanding business needs through to implementation, testing, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted right hand to the Learning Program Lead and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and accountability.
This role does not involve hands-on coding, but requires strong analytical thinking, excellent requirements writing skills, and the ability to work effectively with development and integration teams to enable high-quality delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-End Solution & Delivery

• Support the end-to-end delivery of the Cornerstone Galaxy learning platform migration, from business discovery through implementation, testing, and transition to operations.
• Act as a senior delivery lead within the technical delivery team, partnering closely with the business, development, integration, data, testing, and vendor teams.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Cornerstone Galaxy platform and Deloitte's learning ecosystem to inform solution and delivery decisions.

Business Analysis & Requirements Excellence

• Own the requirements lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, precise, and testable requirements that teams can confidently build against.
• Lead the translation of business and platform needs into:
• Business and functional requirements
• High-quality user stories and acceptance criteria in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Supporting documentation required for build, test, and deployment
• Drive stakeholder requirements sessions independently, synthesizing inputs, identifying gaps, resolving ambiguity, and capturing the true business intent, not just recorded discussion.
• Be recognized as a strong, disciplined requirements writer, producing structured, unambiguous, and implementation-ready artifacts with minimal rework.

Integration Requirements & Technical Fluency (Non-Coding)

• Act as the requirements owner for a complex integration landscape, supporting 30+ integrations required to enable the learning platform ecosystem (e.g., data loads from other upstream/downstream systems).
• Demonstrate sufficient technical knowledge of integration patterns, data flows, and system dependencies to:
• Define accurate and complete integration requirements
• Clarify triggers, data mappings, dependencies, and expected outcomes
• Ask rigorous questions of developers, vendors, and architects
• Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of integration intent and success criteria.
• Set and maintain a high quality bar for integration requirements and delivery outcomes.

Agile Delivery, Quality & Team Oversight

• Manage requirements through the agile delivery lifecycle, including:
• Backlog readiness and refinement
• Story clarification during delivery
• Ongoing alignment between requirements, build, and test
• Stay actively on top of team progress, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and quality issues before they become delivery problems.
• Be deeply passionate about quality, ensuring delivered solutions align to defined requirements, business intent, and platform standards.
• Support functional and integration testing by:
• Reviewing test scenarios against requirements
• Supporting defect triage and prioritization
• Ensuring issues are addressed at the root-cause level

Documentation, Communication & Executive Materials

• Produce clear, concise, and leadership-ready documentation, including:
• Requirements summaries and decision papers
• Status updates and governance decks
• Roadmap and feature delivery communications
• Ensure all written outputs demonstrate clarity, structure, and attention to detail, and are suitable for senior stakeholder review.

Leveraging AI to Improve Productivity (Asset)

• Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., for drafting, summarizing, analysis, or validation) responsibly and effectively to increase personal productivity and improve quality, particularly in requirements development and documentation.
• Apply sound judgment to ensure AI outputs are accurate, validated, and aligned with Deloitte standards and delivery expectations.

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in business analysis, systems delivery, product delivery, agile delivery or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, technical delivery, or product delivery roles.
• Hands on experience defining requirements for system integrations and data flows in enterprise platforms, preferably with in learning, HR, or talent ecosystems.
• Experience working within agile delivery models and multi vendor teams.
• Exceptional requirements writing capability; able to produce clear, structured, and implementation ready documentation.
• Strong technical aptitude without being a developer; understands integrations, data concepts, and system interactions.
• Proven ability to operate independently, manage priorities proactively, and drive work forward with limited direction.
• Demonstrated experience managing user stories in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
Preferred:
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and quality
• Prior experience in large, matrixed organizations or professional services environments.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
