Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Owner with a strong finance background to lead the vision and execution of self-service financial reporting and advanced analytics. This role will define self-serve reporting strategy, prioritize features, and ensure delivery of intuitive visualization solutions using self-serve reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)). The ideal candidate combines deep financial expertise with reporting and data visualization skills to drive innovation in reporting and decision support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and own the product vision for finance analytics and self-service reporting
    • Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
    • Champion adoption of modern analytics tools across the organization
  • Analytics & Visualization
    • Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports using self-serve reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
    • Ensure semantic models and data structures support scalable self-service capabilities.
    • Drive best practices for visualization and data storytelling.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
    • Communicate product updates, timelines, and value propositions to senior leadership.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and data governance policies.
    • Maintain security and compliance across analytics platforms.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Science field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5~8+ years in Finance
    • Proven experience managing analytics products and enabling self-service reporting.
    • Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud or Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Skills:
    • Strong product ownership and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Good understanding of ERP systems (Oracle ERPCS preferred).
    • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of FP&A processes and financial modelling.

Work activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week effective 3 Nov, 2025. Colleagues may spend more or less days in office as required by the business line.
