Tenstorrent is hiring Product Support Chat Agents to assist customers with product-related questions through live chat. In this role, you will help customers understand products, solve basic issues, and provide clear support.
This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with basic product issues
- Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps
- Maintain accurate records of chat conversations
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Deliver fast and professional support
- High school diploma or equivalent
