THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Manager/Manager of Technical Production, you are responsible for leading a high-performing team of Technical Developers in the creation of precise, coordinated, and compliant technical documentation that brings Aritzia's spaces to life. You will uphold our high-quality control standards by overseeing the team responsible for the technical drawing production process, establishing and reinforcing standards, and ensuring documentation aligns with the design intent, regulatory requirements, and constructability principles. You will guide your team in integrating site conditions, systems, and consultant input into clear, accurate drawing sets that support seamless project execution. With strong leadership and coaching, you will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager/Manager, Technical Production, you will:
- Lead and develop teams responsible for standardized project documentation and model management to ensure consistency and collaboration.
- Oversee teams delivering accurate site data and ensuring regulatory compliance across all projects.
- Guide cross-functional teams in producing coordinated technical documentation and managing key deliverables.
- Review and validate drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with design intent.
- Provide leadership during construction to support issue resolution, quality control, and adherence to design intent.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager/Manager, Technical Production has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Building technologies such as REVIT and other AEC Applications
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
