The Recruitment Specialist
will focus on a variety of responsibilities including:
•Establish your professional network through building and cultivating relationships
•Employ our proven and effective proactive recruiting method, the STRIVE Search System
•Build and maintain a strong and qualified candidate base that yields success, reliability and can represent STRIVE Recruitment in a positive manner
•Gaining an understanding of the culture, processes, and work environment of various clients
•Build a relationship with candidates to ensure that we are matching qualified candidates to appropriate positions
•Initiate the STRIVE Strategy and philosophy with candidates so that you become their primary recruitment partner
•Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to ensure the culture and experience fit with current or prospective clients
•Take ownership of the research, sourcing, screening, and placement cycles REQUIREMENTS:
A strong balance of an outgoing personality, work ethic, and passion for recruitment are essential.
•1 - 2 years of recruitment or B2B sales experience, with high-level KPI's
•Desire to Win!
•Superb Computer Skills (MS Office, Social Media, Windows knowledge)
•Excellent Interpersonal skills
•A natural flair for Sales, Recruitment, and Customer Service
