With your sound organizational and collaborative background you will be a team player among your peers who will support a high performance culture. You'll be a key driver in our journey towards better performance, ensuring our team meets customer service expectations and organizational goals. As the Resource Coordinator for our Residential and Small Business customers in Winnipeg, Manitoba, you will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of service activities for a team of approximately 14 technicians. You will be working in a collaborative environment with our sales channels and other organizational departments to support and influence positive outcomes for our customers. This position will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service provided to Telus Custom Security internal and external customer base.

    •Supporting an engaged, energized and inclusive team of technicians that gives their best to residential, small business, commercial and national account customers •Maintain positive relationships with customers, employees and business partners •Promote a work environment that respects Health and Safety standards •Maintain a high level of quality and service to customers for maximum retention •Composed and poised when dealing with complex customer escalations •Support all financial and operational targets (Scorecards) through efficient scheduling, problem solving, and internal/external collaboration •Ensure timely delivery of quality work to the customer base •Engage in local and organizational training opportunities


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •With your inter-personal skills, ability to overcome concerns & objections as required and your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment •You have a bias for action & a proven ability to not only plan and delegate, but to take the initiative to ensure that actions and work projects are on track •With your exceptional communication skills, you will succinctly and clearly communicate customer expectations, issues, and/or special requests to local or organizational business partners •You will use your sound analytical skills to support your team from a reporting perspective •You have basic knowledge of common security products and services and knowledge of various security technologies

Great-to-haves
    •2+ years experience scheduling/coordinating work assignments for field teams •Familiarity or experience with ADT by TELUS consumer products and solutions
