Job Description:
The Respond Enablement Leader and team are responsible for supporting the Respond domain and products within (Case Management, Claims & Disputes, and Actions & Communications). The Enablement Leader drives agility adoption by partnering with Practice Office, Product and Delivery leadership to improve execution, planning, delivery, and value realization. This role leads organizational assessments and transformation efforts, and ensures roadmaps, planning cycles, and delivery processes consistently translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. They will improve organizational effectiveness and strengthen cross-functional execution. This role serves as a strategic partner to Product Management leadership, Group Product Owners, Managers, Partners and Support Organizations by enabling planning & assessment excellence, delivery predictability, roadmap clarity, and continuous improvement across the product team and lifecycle.
The role balances strategy, execution, coaching, governance, and transformation leadership, ensuring measurably improvement in time-to-market, customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Agile Strategy Migration & Operating Model
- Define and evolve the enterprise Agile enablement strategy aligned with business, product, and technology objectives
- Establish scalable Agile operating models supporting portfolio, product, and delivery execution
- Ensure Agile practices integrate seamlessly with financial planning, governance, risk management, and compliance
- Lead transformation initiatives to improve organizational agility, execution velocity, and business adaptability
- Product & Delivery Enablement
- Partner with Product Management, Partners, and Support Organizations to improve:
- Product Intake, Assessment, Discovery and Delivery Flow
- Road mapping and portfolio prioritization
- Quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Outcome-driven product execution and measurability
- Enable structured planning, backlog management, dependency coordination, and delivery forecasting
- Ensure consistent execution standards across product teams and business units
- Intakes, Assessments, Maturity Models & Performance Measurement
- Design and lead Agile maturity assessments across product, technology, and operations
- Identify systemic gaps, risks, and opportunities across process, structure, tooling, and culture
- Establish KPIs, OKRs, and performance dashboards tied to:
- Flow efficiency and throughput
- Delivery Predictability
- Value Realization
- Customer Impact
- Support translating insights into prioritized roadmaps and executive-level recommendations
- Support roadmap development, communications, planning & execution governance
- Support product and portfolio road mapping with structured prioritization and capacity planning
- Enable and lead planning forums (PI Planning, quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, business reviews)
- Establish governance models that ensure alignment, transparency, and execution accountability
- Drive cross-team dependency management and enterprise-wide execution visibility
- Support executive and stakeholder partnership & communication
- Deliver executive-level insights on delivery health, investment effectiveness, and organizational constraints
- Develop clear narratives linking Agile adoption to business value, revenue growth, cost optimization, and strong alignment between strategy, roadmaps, and execution
Qualifications & Experience
- 10-15+ years in product delivery, Agile transformation, or enterprise enablement
- Senior leadership experience in Agile, Product, Technology, or Operations
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation or portfolio enablement
- Deep expertise in Agile, Lean, Product Operating Models, and Flow Metrics
- Strong executive communication, influence, and stakeholder leadership
- Experience working with enterprise planning, portfolio governance, and financial models
- Organizational design and transformation leadership
- Product and value-centric mindset
- Experience working with data-driven decision making and performance measurement
- Executive presence, influence, and change leadership
- Ability to operate across ambiguity, scale, and complexity
