This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. This includes being the tiered point of contact for clients as well as managing the security team within the portfolio.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and staff
Ensures site orders are up to date and employees are trained.
Perform on call duties as needed. Including working flexible hours outside of regular business hours as per branch needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2 years experience in a Supervisory or Management role
Desire to learn through professional certification processes
Proficiency in computer applications (including MS word and Excel)
Class 5 (clean driving record)
Ability to demonstrate professionalism in all situations
