What- The Role:- Monitor performance of Global Fulfillment projects against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics
- Ensure the PMO Team works closely with peers across Global Fulfillment and other departments of the organization, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.
- Analyzing financial data and providing forecasting support.
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to management.
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide models and forecasting.
- Support leadership and cross functional partners in utilizing data to make informed decisions
- Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans for projects
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- B.A./B.S. in business, finance or technical area preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and manage a project portfolio including efforts led by others.
- Approach to problem solving which includes logical structuring, critical thinking, and focus on details.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.
- Experience with financial analysis.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- B.A./B.S. in business, finance or technical area preferred.

$60-65/hr + 4% vacation pay, if incorporate please discuss with Swim.
