The Wealth Investment Office (WIO) is TD Wealth's source for investment management strategy. We empower advisors and portfolio managers across TD Bank Group's Wealth Management division - including Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management - by delivering the knowledge and tools they need to execute an efficient and consistent approach to Professional Portfolio Management. WIO is a place for professionals who love to manage money and get excited about the opportunity to consult with others on how to build and manage investment portfolios. Position Overview
This role sits within the Asset Allocation & Managed Investments team in the Wealth Investment Office and serves as TD Wealth's in-house specialist on private markets. You will apply deep domain knowledge to help shape investment recommendations, support portfolio construction decisions, and advance business development initiatives across TD Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management. Acting as a trusted resource to advisors, portfolio managers, and internal partners, you will also contribute to thought leadership that strengthens how TD Wealth evaluates, positions, and communicates private market solutions.

- Dive into researching private market managers and products including private equity, debt, infrastructure, and real estate.
- Shape the future of multi-asset portfolios with bold recommendations.
- Empower advisors and portfolio managers by sharing your knowledge of private assets and offering hands-on support.
- Bring your creative side to marketing projects like whitepapers, reports, and events that actually make a difference.
- Lead the conversation as a subject matter expert, collaborating and brainstorming with your team.
- Build genuine relationships with both internal and external partners and make every connection count.

- Asset management, investment banking, or equity/manager research background.
- Passion and knowledge of private markets.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Preqin, MSCI Private i, PitchBook.
- Relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.).
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience integrating AI tools in workflow.
