Work Style: Hybrid - 3 days/week in office

Job Type: Contract Opportunity. Initial contract of 6 months, with good possibility of further extension and a potential to convert into direct hire after the initial contract period.

Role profile description: Reporting to the Director, Technology Delivery, the Senior Business Systems Analyst - BTP plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery and ongoing operations of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that BTP initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, deep experience in business process design, and a solid understanding of SAP BTP services and enterprise integration. This role requires a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you will do
    • Support the team in delivering BTP initiatives by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to define and document functional and technical specifications.
    • Lead the analysis, scoping, and planning of BTP-related projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
    • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
    • Participate in the full solution lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
    • Ensure BTP applications meet business and compliance requirements, including security, data integrity, and performance.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience through automation and innovation.

Key Skillset for this Role
    • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in Finance, Insurance, or related domains.
    • 3+ years of experience working with SAP technologies, with preferred domain experience in SAP BTP services (e.g., Integration Suite, Workflow, Business Rules, Fiori/UI5).
    • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Experience with full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, system integration, and process automation.
    • Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across business and IT teams.
    • Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
