TD Asset Management (TDAM), a member of TD Bank Financial Group, is a leading North American investment manager offering progressive investment solutions to both institutional and individual investors. For over two decades, the organization has established competitive market positions in active, quantitative, and passive portfolio management. Job Description

The successful candidate will be aligned to TD's shared commitments, dedicated to growth, detail oriented, dependable, culturally aligned, committed to client/borrower satisfaction, driven for excellence and a critical thinker.

The role is with the GMI Servicing Team with a primary focus on the following responsibilities, but not limited to: payment processing (serviced and shadow serviced), accounting (daily balance, trust reconciliations, bank statements and reports, rate changes), proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn Administration software, preparing mortgage loan discharges, borrower reporting (financial, tax, ESG), daily activity, borrower confirmations, third-party loan setups, monthly service fee report, monthly serviced loans report, construction tracking tool maintenance, custodian daily reporting

Requirements
5 years of accounting/corporate finance experience
Knowledge of banking/investments/mortgages an asset
