The Small Business Solutions (SBS) Channel Enablement team is a small, diverse team focused on improving the sales experience for our independent channels to drive positive outcomes for our customers and improve the bottom line for TELUS. Our team is responsible for assessing which products to bring to market in the channels we support, prioritizing systems development and managing the capital portfolio, and measuring the performance of the field to identify challenges and convert them into opportunities.

As a critical thinker with a curiosity to dive into situations and uncover the root cause of challenges you will be responsible for building a plan to increase sales velocity through thoughtful investments in TELUS systems. By creating an intuitive Sales Specialist experience you will boost engagement, reduce support efforts, and increase yield to help SBS achieve our goals and support one of the most exciting segments of the Canadian economy.

Here's how
    •Consult, prioritize, and manage strategic investments to support independent channels •Collaborate and expand our network of business partners within the systems development and testing areas of TELUS •Work closely with end users to understand the impact of these investments to continuously optimize systems investments •Present proposals to senior leaders to gain support of projects and provide regular status updates


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •3+ years' experience leading and managing complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups, PMP is an asset •Experience developing projects with Salesforce platform or other CRM tools as a user and admin •Experience supporting sales teams •University degree or equivalent industry experience at a senior level; MBA is an asset
