Job Skills / Requirements

• Providing customer service
• Emergency response
• Frequent patrolling capacity for both interior and exterior
• Monitoring CCTV system
• Conducting inspections
• Overseeing the day-to-day Security Operations of the site.
• Maintaining steady contact and flow of information with the client and the Paladin Management team.
• Several other duties

Required qualifications/skill

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• High standard of dress and deportment
• Able to lift 30lbs
• Able to utilize two-way radio and computer applications
• Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of data and information
• NVCI Training and MOAB training
• Completion of or willingness to complete Paladin Supervisor training modules 1,2 and 3.
• Decision making
• Report writing skills
• Quick and fair response
• Physical fitness for emergency response

Any officer interested in this position must be capable of working in a team environment as well as working alone.
