Supporting our London Acceleration Centre (AC), the AC is all about maximizing value, unlocking opportunities and creating a great experience for our people and clients. Using the latest technologies, leading processes and best practices, the AC is an important part of how we deliver high-quality tax, assurance and consulting services to our clients.Important Points to Consider
Please note this is a 3-6 month full-time contract opportunity (with a possibility of an extension).
As part of the selection process, you'll be required to complete an excel assessment along with the HireVue interview.
The London AC services all Canadian time zones, therefore extended business hours and overtime may be required during peak periods.
What You'll Create and Do
As an Process Specialist, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Initiate and create client records
Assemble client provided information
Reach out to practice staff as required
Send electronic copies of finalized tax returns to clients
File Canadian and U.S. Tax returns
Supporting other AC team members with administrative functions such as generating reports, scanning and photocopying of additional documents, mailing and couriering documents to clients and tax authorities
What You'll Bring to This Role
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Google Suite of products
Prior office administration, data entry and/or customer service experience an asset
Committed to providing high quality work and maintaining timelines
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients
Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work
