Job Description & Summary

Supporting our London Acceleration Centre (AC), the AC is all about maximizing value, unlocking opportunities and creating a great experience for our people and clients. Using the latest technologies, leading processes and best practices, the AC is an important part of how we deliver high-quality tax, assurance and consulting services to our clients.

Important Points to Consider


    Please note this is a 3-6 month full-time contract opportunity (with a possibility of an extension). 
  • As part of the selection process, you'll be required to complete an excel assessment along with the HireVue interview.
  • The London AC services all Canadian time zones, therefore extended business hours and overtime may be required during peak periods.

  • What You'll Create and Do

    As an Process Specialist, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
  •  Initiate and create client records 
  • Assemble client provided information 
  • Reach out to practice staff as required
  • Send electronic copies of finalized tax returns to clients
  • File Canadian and U.S. Tax returns
  • Supporting other AC team members with administrative functions such as generating reports, scanning and photocopying of additional documents, mailing and couriering documents to clients and tax authorities

  • What You'll Bring to This Role

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
  • A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Google Suite of products
  • Prior office administration, data entry and/or customer service experience an asset
  • Committed to providing high quality work and maintaining timelines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work ​
