In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service.
- Identifying potential sales to quickly determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each call
- Persuading potential customers to make a purchase or take another kind of action using a prepared script with price quotations and additional information
- Completing orders by recording purchases, names, and addresses as well as other important information
- Understanding customers’ needs and determining what offerings suit them best.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ of experience in a customer service-related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships
- Communication skills, specifically over the phone
- Persuasiveness and the ability to convince strangers to take the desired action
- Persistence and being able to answer questions and address concerns
- General customer service skills including active listening and empathizing with customer needs
