Your Impact

Deliver innovative hydrotechnical designs for flood mitigation, watershed management, and water control structures that safeguard communities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute hydraulic and hydrologic analyses for transportation and mining infrastructure projects.
Drive environmental compliance and regulatory permitting to ensure sustainable project outcomes.
Build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives that expand WSP's impact.

The Skills That Set You Apart

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering, with eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in Manitoba.
10+ years of experience delivering water resources and hydrotechnical projects, including flood assessments, hydraulic structures, and mine water management.
Proficiency in hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools and a passion for applying data-driven solutions to complex challenges.
A proven ability to lead teams, mentor emerging professionals, and foster collaboration across disciplines.
Strategic thinking and client-focused mindset to drive innovation and growth.
