Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 - $147,400

Your Impact
- Design advanced hydrotechnical solutions that strengthen community resilience, including flood mitigation, hydraulic structures, ice engineering, and watershed systems.
- Deliver modelling and analysis that informs high-profile infrastructure, transportation, and mining projects across the Prairies & North.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through full project cycles - from early concepts to construction and client care - ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Advance sustainability by applying environmental and climate-resilient design principles at every project stage.
- Grow client relationships, supporting proposals, strategic pursuits, and long-term partnerships.
- Mentor emerging engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Champion safety and quality, embedding WSP standards in every deliverable.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- You bring deep experience in hydrotechnical and water resources engineering, gained through hands-on project delivery across flood protection, hydraulic structures, and watershed systems.
- You are eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in Manitoba and thrive in roles with shared technical leadership.
- You have strong proficiency with hydrologic/hydraulic modelling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, MIKE, PCSWMM) and apply data-driven approaches to complex water challenges.
- You're energized by guiding teams, shaping solutions, and contributing to a supportive environment where people grow.
- You bring a strategic mindset, balancing technical rigour with client needs and long-term project impacts.
